Haunted Cleveland, established back at the turn of the Millennium, is about to hit “Rock Bottom.” The same company that has brought you the sold-out tours of Ohio City & Beyond, Homicide Cleveland Style and The Torso Murder Tour, now proudly brings you “Haunted Cleveland Hits Rock Bottom Ghost Tour.”

This 4 ½ hour guided bus tour starts at one of Cleveland’s finest micro-breweries, Rock Bottom Brewery, located in the Powerhouse on the west bank of the Flats, and takes you to some of Cleveland’s darkest and most haunted locations. You will visit one of our city’s oldest historic landmarks, Gray’s Armory, once home of one of Cleveland’s militia. Gray’s Armory has been mistaken by many as a castle and the building itself is hidden behind the oldest cemetery in Cleveland. Take a private guided tour inside the building and hear first hand stories from the employees of actual hauntings they have witnessed.

Visit the country's second largest theater district and find out for yourself why Playhouse Square keeps a Ghost lamp on in every dark theater. Hear the chilling stories of the ghosts that haunt these beautiful theaters. Take a private tour inside one of Cleveland’s oldest and most tranquil cemeteries. See if you have what it takes to become a paranormal investigator as you test your skills using 'dousing rods.'

As a bonus stop, Haunted Cleveland will visit the Cleveland Police Historic Society and Museum, where you will hear the bone-chilling details of the country’s first serial killer from Dr. James Badal. Dr. Badal is one of Cleveland’s own local favorite authors who wrote “In the Wake of the Butcher.” Dr. Badal will be available to our guests for the signing of any of his many books.

Your evening will expire at Rock Bottom Brewery where you will learn about the haunted past of the Powerhouse. Here you will have no problem locating and enjoying some spirits!

Haunted Cleveland departs from the parking lot of the Powerhouse, on the west bank of the Flats, at 6:00pm and expires at approximately 10:00PM. Travel to the various haunted locations on a comfortable 55-seat chartered bus.

Tour date Friday, August 21, 2009. Ticket price $50.00 a seat. Due to the high demand, we strongly recommend that you reserve your seats early.

Guests are encouraged to dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes. Complimentary soft drinks, bottled water and snacks are provided by Haunted Cleveland. Bring a camera to try capturing a haunting like many of our previous guests believe they have done. It is acceptable to sleep with a night light on after one of our tours!
