Cancellations/Refunds: Once you have purchased your seats for a Haunted Cleveland Ghost Tour, there are NO CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. All reservations must be pre-paid by credit card when you call to reserve your seats. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION LETTER BY EMAIL or MAIL. Tours are operated in rain or shine. You may bring an umbrella or rain gear with you. It is your responsibility to get there on time and check in. There will not be any refunds issued for you being late and missing the tours departure.
